Create responsibly with PhotoToPainting
PhotoToPainting lets you upload photos and convert them into AI-generated artwork. By using the service you agree to these terms, designed to protect your content, other creators, and our platform.
Permitted uses
Upload photos you own or have rights to, generate artwork for personal or commercial projects, and download 2K HD renders for printing or digital campaigns.
Prohibited content
No explicit, hateful, violent, or infringing material. Do not upload photos you do not own or that violate privacy/laws. Automated scraping or credit farming is forbidden.
Ownership
You retain rights to uploaded photos and finished artwork. PhotoToPainting keeps a limited license to host, render, and deliver files during the conversion window.
Service overview
- • Photo uploads are processed through our AI pipeline to produce 2K HD artwork in your chosen style.
- • Credit packs are one-time purchases; each conversion consumes one credit unless otherwise stated.
- • We may temporarily store uploads and outputs so you can re-download or report issues.
- • We reserve the right to refuse renders that violate content guidelines or third-party rights.
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- • Upload original content or content you’re licensed to use.
- • Respect credit limits and safeguard your login credentials.
- • Tag or label AI artwork when required by local regulations.
- • Back up files you need long-term; we are not archival storage.
You may not:
- • Upload images depicting minors without parental consent.
- • Attempt to reverse engineer our models or bypass rate limits.
- • Use the service for defamation, disinformation, or biometric surveillance.
- • Resell credits without written permission.
Credits, refunds, and downtime
- • Credits are non-transferable but never expire.
- • Failed renders automatically refund credits; contact support if an issue persists.
- • We may schedule maintenance; queued renders will resume afterward or be refunded.
- • Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in account suspension.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or claims stemming from how you use generated artwork. Max liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
